82-2002 Camaro/Firebird Tubular Non-Adjustable Lower Control Arms, UMI Performance

This product is of the highest quality and looks great in red. The fitment is also excellent. Installation was straight forward. There were no squeaks after installation. I used these LCAs with relocation brackets.

I put these on yesterday and just pulling out of the driveway i felt a huge difference from the stock stamped steel. These really stiffen up the rear end and the driving experience in my 86 z28 definitely improved. They are definitely worth the price.

These control arms fall into that category of parts that you can feel, once they are on. They are priced very cheap for such a quality product. They look awesome, and I was able to space the UMI stickers on them just right so you can see them while standing at the right angle from outside my 2002 Z28. Installing them is very easy, what takes time is ensuring you do not preload them. The instructions provide you with an idea to address this; I used this idea frequently because I have ordered other products from Hawks. Making sharp turns once these control arms are on can be addictive. Additionally, If you buy these along with the lower control arm relocation brackets, you have yourself a combo that will bury your rear tires into the pavement.
