82-2002 Camaro/Firebird Lower Door Hinge Roller Bushing & Pin

Excellent OEM roller, and the pin is a 1-1 replacement. Best resource for fixing the cringe pop-bang of opening the door on an old bird. Make sure to eat the wheaties before attempting removal and install, old and new are beyond a snug fit.

was able to easily locate the hard to find part that I needed and the price was pretty good. They shipped it quickly and it arrived prior to my expectation. My firechicken is working the way it is supposed to again!!

I couldn't remove the pin from the original door hinge. In trying to remove the original pin the head of it finally fell apart. I was then able to use the roller from the new pin by slipping it over the old pin on the door hinge. I then took jb weld and formed a new head on the old pin to keep the roller from sliding off.

Worked well. Used a torch to heat up the old pin and it came right out using an air chisel. New pin went right back in without issue. Make sure you put the new bushing in correctly.
