Hawks Motorsports offers our clients new Stainless Steel body mounted door strikes sold as a pair. Produced from 302 Stainless steel these will fit and function just as GM units.
WHY REPLACE THESE Door Strikers? Open your door and right there is a pair of worn out door strikers from GM, the metal bands wear out and flop around and the rest of the door striker, well it is chipped and half rusted. Simply put they look like crud even on a restored car. These new replacement Stainless Steel will look as good on the first day you installed them as they will in 10 years.
HOW HARD IS IT TO REPLACE? Replacement of the door strikers is a simple task, Simply mark the body where they are lined up using a pencil and then unbolt md replace with the new units lining them up to the previous mark.
