Bought this for my 99 trans am with 2" ARH headers, a 3.5" Y and a 418 TSP stroker. To avoid my neighbors egging my house or forming an HOA, I had to get a muffler for this setup (hooker max flo) which sounds great! Fitment was perfect with a Strange s60 and a 2" drop on the suspension. Dont hesitate, just buy it. Especially great if you are running a larger cube motor. My tuner and I have a joke that its the 'Girth Brooks' exhaust because it looks like an anaconda under the car. 10/10.
Excellent mandrel bent exhaust system, good quality craftsmanship. Expect some work to make it fit really as close as possible to the car floor for improved ground clearance.
This exhaust system fit great and was remarkably easy to install despite the huge pipe size. I installed a Dynomax Ultraflow muffler and it sounds awesome!
Purchased this 4" exhaust after listening to different systems on YouTube. Liked the fact I could use the muffler I wanted or not use one at all. System installation was not bad and fit is excellent. Actually I think it fits better than the 3" system it's replacing. This system sounds awesome! I hope to post some video on YouTube soon. Under heading "4" exhaust for Camaro/Firebird".
