Beginning in March of 2020, many manufacturers, suppliers and shipping companies started experiencing delays in manufacturing time, staff shortages, and material shortages. As many of us in the automotive industry we are all working diligently to provide product and services as soon as possible to help you with your car projects.

UPS: Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended the UPS SERVICE GUARANTEE (also referred to as the UPS Money Back Guarantee) for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all US origin shipments, the SERVICE GUARANTEE suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.
FREIGHT SHIPPING DELAYS
Due to increased shipping volumes and drivers shortages, your freight order may be delayed once it has left our facilities. You will receive a tracking number from Hawks once your order has departed. At any point after that you can check your tracking number in order to find out where your shipment is located. If you see that your package is held up at a terminal, please contact the freight carrier provided in your email along with the tracking number for information regarding your delivery timeline.
