Reality, unless it is raining there will be no “divine shine” on your ride today .

FAQ’s
How hard are emblems to replace?
In most cases they are pretty easy, there are two basic styles.
- “Stick on” styles, which come with a trust 3M two-sided automotive grade emblem tape. You take a pick tool and work the old emblem loose and off, and then clean the surface let dry and remove the adhesive protection layer and lay the new emblem onto the car. Let stand for 15 minutes before driving and done!
- “Stud” style, these have mounting studs which hold to the grills, fenders, or bumper by studs which spin nuts bolt onto and hold the unit to the car. These are commonly found on nose cones on 2nd, 3rd, and 4rth generation F-bodies. Over all these can take a few extra minutes and flexible arms but they are once again easy enough to do prior to your cruise night or show.
Does Hawks offer GM Authorized Reproductions?
- Of course, we understand that many of our clients simply want the new factory correct colors and appearance emblems.
- We do offer however some great custom emblems as well, Your 1981 Camaro would love to have some 396, or 454 call outs!
Does Hawks carry the emblems in house?
- We sure do, for our core clients we actually stack many emblems very deep some even several hundred are waiting for your order, and in turn to ship the very next day.
