Hawks Motorsports is proud to offer our clients this : 1982-1992 Chevrolet Camaro, Pontiac Firebird, Formula and Trans Am plastic based rear sail panels.

These replacement rear sail panels install along the upper rear interior on the driver and passenger sides. Commonly referred to as rear speaker covers or earmuff panels, they help complete the transition between the headliner and surrounding rear interior trim.

These new reproductions replace the existing reproductions in our product lineup which previously had been a fiberboard construction. The new plastic backed units will last much longer as they are not affected by humidity or moisture as the previously offered units were prone to.

They provide a clean replacement for original sail panels that have become warped, cracked, creased, stained, faded, delaminated, sagging or missing.

Plastic with Foam Backed Cloth

Each sail panel features plastic construction covered with foam-backed cloth. The plastic backing provides a formed replacement foundation, while the foam-backed material creates a finished upholstered appearance that coordinates with the vehicle’s upper interior. 

The panels are preformed for their respective driver- and passenger-side locations and include the rear speaker-area openings required for the application.
