This reference identifies original donor applications and does not establish direct interchange between years, models or transmissions. Verify the actual year, VIN, RPO, controls and configuration. Earlier Camaro, Firebird and Trans Am installations may be conversion projects requiring matching components and clearance checks.

LT4 GEN 5 Overview The Generation V LT4 adds supercharged performance to a compact 6.2L small-block architecture. Direct injection, variable valve timing and aluminum construction support its high-output design. The referenced Camaro ZL1 and C7 Corvette Z06 applications were factory rated at 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque. Its charge-cooling system is an important part of the original engine configuration.
For a classic-car build, the LT4 offers substantial supercharged power in a compact pushrod package. Plan the complete fuel, electronic-control, engine-cooling and charge-cooling systems together with the drivetrain. Engine mounts, hood and oil-pan clearance, accessories, exhaust and the transmission must suit the actual vehicle and intended use. Hawks Motorsports can help identify available supporting components for the conversion.

- Ask sales about a compatible new standalone harness for the donor year, controller and intended transmission. Additional charges apply.
- The original GM wiring harness is not included under this engine-package policy.

Match the donor-specific controller, harness, electronic throttle pedal and calibration. Provide the correct fuel supply for direct injection and a properly integrated charge-cooling circuit. Confirm the supercharger assembly, heat exchanger, pump, reservoir and hoses individually; factory requirements do not mean every component is supplied. Verify wet- or dry-sump oiling, accessory and hood clearance, cooling and drivetrain capacity. Record Corvette rear-transaxle/torque-tube requirements where relevant.
Installation requirements do not identify supplied parts. Use the contents list for this stock number to confirm the actual package. Match the engine to your intended transmission and supporting components.

Please Read Important Shipping Information
Can I ship it to my mechanic or my friend’s house?
- If paying by credit card: NO. The engine package can ship only to the cardholder’s billing address.
- If paying by bank wire or certified bank check: YES. We can ship to the address of your choice.
- To arrange payment by certified bank check or bank wire, call (864) 855-2694 or email orders@Hawksmotorsports.com.

When will it ship, how is it shipped and what is the shipping cost?
The current engine/drivetrain lead time is 2–3 weeks. The package ships by truck freight in a custom-built crate. Hawks covers shipping within the lower 48 states; Alaska, Hawaii and other locations require a quote from Sales@Hawksmotorsports.com.
What comes with this engine-only package?
The engine, components recorded in This Product Includes are supplied. Review the individual stock-number entries for accessories, controller, sensors and other related pieces. Select the supporting drivetrain around your intended installation.
Which supercharger and charge-cooling parts are supplied?
Review the stock-number contents for the supercharger/intake assembly and every charge-cooling part. Heat exchanger, pump, reservoir and hoses require individual confirmation; do not presume a complete cooling circuit from the engine designation.
Can I use this LT4 GEN 5 in a classic-car conversion?
It can be used in a properly planned conversion. Review the engine-specific fuel, controls, throttle, cooling, mounting, clearance and drivetrain needs above. A donor reference does not guarantee fitment. Contact Hawks about available supporting parts.
Can I order a new harness for this configuration?
The original GM harness is excluded under this package policy. Ask sales about new harness/control options matched to the actual donor, engine and transmission. Additional charges apply. Confirm the product option before placing the order.
