Hawks Motorsports offers the Morimoto XB LED Headlights for the 2016-2018 Chevrolet Camaro. These complete replacement headlights provide a significant upgrade over the factory HID lighting system with improved beam width, intensity, and light distribution, along with modern LED daytime running lights and sequential turn signals.
Overview
Morimoto designed the XB LED Headlights specifically for the sixth-generation Camaro to deliver improved lighting performance in a complete, purpose-built LED projector assembly. The Kuria Optic BI-LED projectors produce a well-defined beam pattern with increased width, intensity, and proper light distribution.
The integrated daytime running lights use bright Osram 5000K LEDs and are designed to remain highly visible during daylight conditions. Fully sequential LED turn signals are positioned behind the modern 3D-style optics along the outside edge of each headlight.

Installation
The Morimoto XB LED Headlights are designed for a plug-and-play installation using the Camaro's factory headlight connectors. No cutting or modification of the factory wiring is required. Each assembly includes the necessary connectors, rubber seals, and pigtails for installation.
Integrated adjusters allow the headlights to be properly aimed after installation. The system is designed to operate without error codes, flickering, hyper-flashing, or radio interference.

The factory HID headlights in the sixth-generation Camaro can provide adequate performance when new, but the original optics can lose significant intensity over time as the reflector components deteriorate. Morimoto's XB LED Headlights replace the factory assemblies with a purpose-built LED projector system designed to provide stronger and more controlled road illumination.
The Kuria Optic BI-LED projectors produce a well-defined beam pattern with improved width, intensity, and light distribution. Unlike simply installing LED replacement bulbs into the factory housings, the XB system uses dedicated projector optics engineered specifically for this application.
When properly aimed, the projector optics meet or exceed SAE, DOT, and FMVSS108 requirements. Integrated adjusters make proper beam alignment straightforward.
The LED daytime running lights are powered by Osram 5000K LEDs and provide strong daytime visibility. The headlights also feature fully sequential LED turn signals behind the modern 3D-style optics along the outside edge of each assembly.
Morimoto uses UV-coated polycarbonate lenses for long-term durability. The PPS plastic housings are lightweight and designed for strength, while internal die-cast aluminum heat sinks provide cooling for the OEM-grade Osram LED components.
The complete headlights connect to the Camaro's factory connectors without wiring modifications. Morimoto states that the system is designed to operate without error codes, flickering, hyper-flashing, or radio interference. The assemblies can also be removed without voiding the factory warranty.
