These complete replacement assemblies provide a substantial upgrade over the factory HID headlights with improved beam width, intensity, and light distribution, while adding modern LED daytime running lights and sequential turn signals.
Overview
Morimoto's XB LED Headlights are designed specifically for the C6 Corvette to replace the aging factory headlight assemblies with a modern LED projector system. The Kuria Optic BI-LED projectors produce a well-defined beam pattern with a wider spread, brighter hot spot, and improved light distribution.
The integrated daytime running lights use bright Osram 5000K LEDs and are designed for excellent daytime visibility. Sequential LED turn signals are positioned behind the modern 3D-style optics along the outside edge of each headlight, giving the C6 a more contemporary appearance inspired by the C7 Corvette.

Installation
The Morimoto XB LED Headlights are designed for a plug-and-play installation using the C6 Corvette's factory headlight connectors. No cutting, splicing, or modification of the factory wiring is required.
Each assembly includes the necessary connectors, rubber seals, and pigtails for installation. Integrated adjusters allow the headlights to be properly aimed after installation. The system is designed to operate without error codes, flickering, hyper-flashing, or radio interference.
Detailed Description
The factory HID headlights used on the C6 Corvette were advanced when the car was introduced, but their performance can deteriorate significantly over time. The original projector optics can lose substantial intensity as the reflector bowls deteriorate, leaving the vehicle with considerably less usable light on the road.
Morimoto's XB LED Headlights replace those aging assemblies with a purpose-built LED projector system. The Kuria Optic BI-LED projectors provide a sharp, well-defined beam with improved width, intensity, and light distribution, delivering significantly stronger road illumination than the original headlights.
These are purpose-built projector headlights rather than simple LED replacement bulbs installed into the factory housings. The projector optics are designed to meet or exceed SAE, DOT, and FMVSS108 regulations when properly aimed, with integrated adjusters making beam alignment straightforward.
The LED daytime running lights use Osram 5000K LEDs for strong daytime visibility. Fully sequential LED turn signals are incorporated into the outside edge of the headlights behind modern 3D-style optics, giving the C6 Corvette a contemporary appearance inspired by the C7.

The complete headlights are designed to connect directly to the factory C6 Corvette connectors without modifications. Morimoto states that the system is designed to operate without error codes, flickering, hyper-flashing, or radio interference and can be removed without voiding the factory warranty.
