Product Description:
Hawks Motorsports offers our clients this 1963-1972 Chevrolet C10/GMC C15 Belltech Lowering Kit | 1" Front / 2" Rear w/ Street Performance Shocks | 951SP. This complete Belltech suspension package is designed for classic GM 2WD pickups and provides approximately a 1-inch front drop and 2-inch rear drop while including matched Street Performance shock absorbers for improved suspension control.
This kit combines Belltech lowering components with application-specific Street Performance shocks to create a complete suspension upgrade for restoration builds, custom street trucks, and drivers looking to improve the stance and handling characteristics of their classic C10. The included shocks are tuned specifically for lowered applications to help maintain proper damping and ride quality after changing vehicle ride height.
Belltech specifies that 1971-1972 C10 applications use V8-rated front coil springs. For 1963-1970 C10 applications, conversion to a 1971-1972 style front disc brake system or equivalent is required for proper installation. This kit is designed as a complete solution for customers wanting both lowering components and upgraded shock absorbers in one package.
