Hawks Motorsports offers our clients this 9635455 1978-1979 Chevrolet Camaro Bow Tie Rear Fuel Door Emblem GM Authorized Reproduction by OER for restoring the factory rear trim appearance of second generation Camaro base, standard, Rally Sport, LT, and Berlinetta models. This emblem mounts directly to the rear fuel door assembly and features the correct Chevrolet Bow Tie crest design with red, white, and blue insert coloring and a gold Chevrolet Bow Tie center detail.
This OER reproduction emblem is manufactured in die-cast chrome plated zinc with an injection molded color insert, designed to duplicate the original 1978-1979 Camaro fuel door emblem appearance. SS396 lists the emblem as correct for 1978-1979 standard Camaro models and specifically notes it is not for Z28 models.
