Very straight forward easy install, looks even better when shaving 3/4" off shift stick/rod. Very high quality!

Auto to Manual Shifter Knob Adapter

The finish on the adapter shaft was very nice. However, the anodization added a slight thickness to the threads. I'm assuming that this was not taken into consideration when the threads were cut. I did not have a correct sized die so I ran the jamb nut that came with the shift knob up and down the threads very slowly with some light oil. This cleaned up the threads and I was able to get the shift knob to thread properly.

Great add on Too your Camaro/Firebird Interior! Easy screw On and play! Took me 6 minutes total to install and works great! Do not test it’s limits and pull up on it with really hard force, don’t want to pull your trans line out, but I don’t think you’ll be doing that anyways, I highly recommend, find the right size shift knob and your set!

Pretty Cool Idea for a shifter Knob

This product was a cool Idea, especially since I no longer had the original shifter T-Handle and hardware that originally came with my car. I used this to attach a plain Black knob to my shifter, and cap off the top of my shifter in my 1984 Trans-Am. I may upgrade to an aftermarket shifter later, but this works great for now and is helping me get the car on the road. Keep in mind this is only an adapter and will require a shifter knob to be purchased separately. It also uses a larger metric thread for the shift knob.
