Product Description:
This used original GM dual electric cooling-fan assembly is designed for compatible 1993-1997 Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird models equipped with the 5.7L LT1 V8 engine.
The assembly mounts behind the radiator and uses two electrically powered fans to draw air through the radiator when additional engine cooling is required. It provides an original-equipment replacement for a damaged, missing or inoperative factory LT1 fan assembly.
These are used original components, and the product photograph may be representative of available inventory. Cosmetic appearance, attached wiring and minor details may vary between assemblies.

This assembly is intended for LT1 V8 applications. Do not select it solely by model year or body style. Compare the shroud configuration, electrical connections, dimensions and attachment locations with the existing assembly before ordering.

- One used OEM GM dual electric cooling-fan assembly
- Factory molded radiator fan shroud
- Two electric cooling-fan motors
- Two fan blades and protective fan guards
- Attached components shown with the available assembly
Because these are used assemblies, attached connectors, wiring sections and other small components may vary. The product photograph may be representative rather than the exact unit shipped.

Factory LT1 Cooling Application
The dual electric fans draw air through the radiator when vehicle speed alone does not provide sufficient airflow. The vehicle's original cooling-fan electrical system controls fan operation according to engine temperature and operating conditions.
Original GM Configuration
The original assembly uses an application-specific shroud with two unequal fan sizes positioned within the molded housing. This layout is different from later LS1 fan assemblies and universal aftermarket dual-fan kits.
Used-Part Condition
Normal used-part characteristics may include scratches, scuffs, discoloration, dust, cleaning residue and other age-related cosmetic wear. Inspect the available product photographs when the exact appearance is important.
Cooling-System Diagnosis
A cooling fan that does not operate can also be caused by a fuse, relay, temperature input, electrical connector, damaged wiring, poor ground or control-system problem. Diagnose the vehicle before replacing the assembly and verify proper fan operation after installation.
