These are export-style lamps. Their socket arrangement differs from the domestic lamp configuration. Verify socket fit and all rear lighting functions; JDM-style wording describes appearance, not a regulatory approval.
- One left driver-side export-style tail-lamp assembly
- One right passenger-side export-style tail-lamp assembly
The export-style three-opening layout differs from the domestic four-socket arrangement. The small original socket is not used in this conversion.
The current Hawks installation note calls for minor filing at the brake/turn-signal socket interface; compare the actual openings and sockets before adapting them.
Disconnect the battery and compare both assemblies with the original lamps before fitting. Confirm the three-socket layout and identify the unused small socket.
Follow the Hawks socket-adaptation guidance for the brake/turn connections. The product record indicates the reverse socket fits its opening. Confirm secure seating and test brake, turn, tail and reverse functions on both sides.
How many tail lamps are supplied?
