The Torqhead 24xLink Signal Kit provides the core mechanical components needed to generate the 24x crank and 1x cam signals required for a Gen 3 LS PCM conversion on 1992–1997 LT1/LT4 engines. Designed as a direct replacement for the Optispark, this kit delivers proven accuracy, fast starts, and turn-key reliability without removing the timing cover. Perfect for factory LT1/LT4 builds or aftermarket ECU conversions (Holley, FAST, etc.), the 24xLink Signal Kit is fully bench-tested to 10,000 RPM before shipping.

How It Works
The 1x cam signal comes from the included OEM sensor inside the 24xLink sensing unit, reading a reluctor driven directly from the camshaft. The 24x crank signal is generated by the dual-track reluctor mounted externally on the billet crank hub. This design matches the LS factory approach, providing the highest-quality signal for accurate ignition timing and rapid startup.

With its adjustable sensor mount, the 24xLink ensures precise alignment between the reluctor and sensor, guaranteeing a rock-solid signal every time. Installation is simple: replace the Optispark with the sensing unit, fit the hub/reluctor, make one adjustment to center the crank sensor, and you’re done. No timing cover removal required.
