This gloss-black smooth front grille gives the 1998-2002 Camaro a clean, emblem-free nose treatment. Its outer profile follows the SLP-style grille opening while removing the center bar and emblem pad for a simpler custom appearance.

Smooth Emblem-Free Design

The center bar and emblem mounting pad are omitted for a completely smooth face.

Gloss-Black Finish

This SKU is the gloss-black version. Do not confuse it with HM4GRILLE-SMOOTH-S in satin black.

Test-Fit First

Inspect the bumper opening and test-fit the grille before completing final assembly.

1. Protect the bumper cover and surrounding paint before removing the existing grille.
2. Document the original grille position and compare the replacement profile and finish.
3. Inspect the bumper opening and adjacent surfaces for distortion or prior repairs.
4. Test-fit the grille and verify that it sits squarely in the opening.
5. Complete final installation without forcing the molded grille or scratching the gloss finish.
6. Confirm even gaps and a secure fit before driving.
