This new reproduction ebony door power-switch trim bezel pair is made specifically for 2000, 2001 and 2002 Firebird, Formula and Trans Am models equipped with the factory-style power-window and door-lock controls.
The driver- and passenger-side bezels form the finished surrounds around the electrical switch assemblies in the interior door panels. They replace cracked, faded, scratched, loose or missing original bezels while restoring the correct late fourth-generation Firebird-family interior appearance.
Firebird / Trans Am-specific application: This bezel pair fits 2000-2002 Firebird, Formula and Trans Am interiors. It is not the correct door-switch trim for a 2000-2002 Camaro.

These bezels are specifically for the 2000-2002 Firebird-family ebony interior. Do not order them for a Camaro or as a replacement for the earlier 1993-1999 graphite-gray Firebird and Trans Am bezels.

2000-2002 Firebird / Trans Am-Specific Interior Part
The Firebird, Formula and Trans Am use their own door-panel and switch-bezel designs. These bezels are not interchangeable with the 2000-2002 Camaro door-switch trim. Stating the exact Firebird-family application prevents the pair from being mistaken for a general 1993-2002 F-Body part.
Ebony Versus Graphite Gray
This pair is molded in the ebony color used with the 2000-2002 Firebird, Formula and Trans Am interior. The earlier 1993-1999 version is graphite gray and is listed under a different part number. Compare the color with an unexposed area of the original door panel because sunlight, cleaners and normal aging can alter the appearance of used interior plastics.

- Disconnect the negative battery cable before unplugging the 2000-2002 Firebird or Trans Am door switches.
- Protect the ebony door-panel surface with a clean towel or suitable non-marring material.
- Photograph the driver- and passenger-side switch positions and electrical-connector orientation.
- Release each original bezel with the correct interior-trim tool and the proper 2000-2002 Firebird service procedure.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors without pulling on the wiring.
- Compare the original driver-side bezel with the new driver-side bezel before transferring its switches.
- Compare the original passenger-side bezel with the new passenger-side bezel before transferring its switches.
- Reconnect each electrical connector and position the bezels squarely in the 2000-2002 Firebird / Trans Am door panels.
- Reconnect the battery and test every transferred power-window, door-lock and mirror control.
- Confirm that both ebony bezels sit evenly and that no switch binds or moves within its opening.
