Upgrade to a Mantic 9000 twin disc for the C6 Corvette, with 100% billet construction, its the premium choice for any true enthusiast. The stock clutch on the Corvette C6 is made for stock horsepower. Our Mantic Clutch is perfect for any bolt on upgrades and great for daily street driving with more capacity than stock. The organic friction material and all billet construction make it more durable and friendly enough for daily use.
This Mantic Clutch kit includes our unique sprung center with cushioned organic twin discs. This equates to more torque capacity and heat resistance compared to the stock clutch. Our Mantic clutch uses twin 9in diameter discs which greatly reduces the MOI (Moment of Inertia). This allows more power to the ground and a seamless transition between the gears. The lightweight flywheel helps with quicker shifters compared to the heavier OE flywheels.
Pedal effort remains relatively low, approximately 12-15% increase over the OE clutch pedal feel.
Expect up to 607 ft-lbs of torque capacity at the crank, roughly 500-525 ft-lbs at the wheels. NOTE: Capacity will vary with use and type of power adder being utilized ( N/A , Supercharger, Nitrous, Turbo )
