Repair Gear, Firebird 87-92 Headlight Repair Nylon Gear,
New aftermarket injection molded headlight motor gear. If your gear is bad in your two-wire headlight actuator, this gear will solve the problem. This gear should be used in conjunction with either TDS 207280 or 209280 headlight repair kit. More than likely the OEM gel bushings are all that have gone bad, but a few customers have discovered that a jerry-rig repair was previously done on their headlight actuator unit, so a new gear was required.
Fits the following vehicles: 1987-92 Pontiac Firebird, 1987-88 Pontiac Fiero, 1988-94 Pontiac Sunbird, 1988-96 Chevrolet Corvette, 1988-91 Buick Reatta, 1988-02 Lotus Elan and Esprit, 1990-92 Oldsmobile Toronado/Trofeo.
