The staff at HMS was very helpful and friendly. On 11-1-2020, he began searching for the best used engine they have and started it and assured me it was in good running condition before removing it from the wreck. He said the car was in mint condition before it crashed. The engine is out of a 1991 Firebird with only 51,000 miles on it. He asked detailed questions to make sure this would be a good fit for my 1989 Camaro. He threw in an alternator because mine was missing. The engine arrived in good condition and he gave me a $200 break from the initial freight quote. ABF delivered the engine and in my opinion is the most careful freight company out there. The engine is now in my car and runs great. My mechanic was impressed by the quality of this product.
