**CLEARANCE** 82-92 Camaro or Firebird Sail Panels, Fiberboard, New Aftermarket
Colors available are Black, Medium Gray (85-92), Red, Charcoal (82-84), Camel
Reproduction of the original sail panels for 1982-92 models. Sail panels are manufactured in a fiberboard material. Sail panels are die cut and feature cut outs for speakers and the seat belt retainer. These sail panels come unupholstered and uncovered for the skilled do-it-yourselfer.
The panels look great but beware they are much more stiff than the originals, probably due to being new. I accidentally put a crease in one of mine because I bent it too much.
Compared to what is available both new and used, There was no choivr but Hawks Motorsports.

I ordered the 85-92 grey sail panels for my formula since the old ones were coming apart, hawks has a good quality replacement.
Fit and fabric (color and texture) match originals. Mine are the medium dark gray. The plastic backing is high quality. The metal mounting brackets are exactly like the originals. Far superior to the Velcro type mounting tabs that were used on some earlier sail panel reproductions. With these nice reproductions now available, there is no need to take a chance on a pair of used sail panels on Ebay (at $50 or more), many of which have burns, stains, tears, or warped cardboard backing.
