Built around a BluePrint high-strength cast iron 4-bolt main block, the PS5403CT1 features a 4.500-inch bore, 4.250-inch forged steel dual-keyway crankshaft, 6.385-inch forged H-beam connecting rods, and forged dished pistons producing a boost-friendly 8.5:1 compression ratio. BluePrint PS8013 aluminum cylinder heads feature raised exhaust ports and large intake runners for superior airflow, while the solid roller camshaft is optimized for forced induction applications.

The long block arrives professionally assembled with BluePrint aluminum cylinder heads, roller rockers with stud girdles, SFI-rated harmonic balancer, timing cover, valve covers, oil pan, and dipstick installed.
