This Vintage Air under dash louver pod is designed for custom air conditioning installations using 2.5 inch duct hose and provides a clean under dash air outlet for retrofit A/C systems.
NOTE: On the 1970-1981 Camaro with A/C , a fatal flw is that the lower underside dashboard crotch (lap) vents were prone to being kicked as you or the passenger got in and out of the car. They broke, fell off and the hose dangled and blew all that nice cold or hot air now behind the dashboard making climate control ineffective. These Vintage Air pods are simple to install and carry a smaller footprint making them not prone to damage like the GM units. They use the same size hose and hence installing is a snap.
