Hawks Motorsports offers our clients this 1970-1978 Camaro Upper Dash Pad to Cowl Panel Retainer Clip Set 6 Piece OER - R310 for installing or reinstalling the upper dash pad on second generation Camaro models. FOR NUSE WHEN INSTALLING THE NEW OER UPPER DASH PAD.
This OER retainer clip set includes six dash pad mounting clips, with three short clips and three long clips. These clips are used to retain the upper dash pad to the vehicle during installation and are especially important when installing an OER reproduction padded dash pad.
Dash pad clips are small, but they do a very real job. Missing, bent, rusty, or incorrect clips can leave a new dash pad loose, uneven, or poorly seated along the cowl area. Replacing the clips during dash pad installation helps improve fit, retention, alignment, and the finished appearance of the upper dash area.
