This 3-piece clip set is designed for 1979-1981 Camaro dash pad installation and can be used with original GM padded dash pads or OER reproduction padded dash pads. These clips help secure the dash pad properly to the dash structure, making them important during interior restoration, dash pad replacement, dash repair, or reassembly after instrument panel service.
Dash pad clips are small parts, but missing or incorrect clips can turn a fresh dash pad installation into a loose, rattly little puzzle box. Replacing the clip set during dash pad service helps improve fit, alignment, and retention around the upper dash area.
