This reproduction dash instrument carrier bezel is designed for 1976, 1977, and 1978 Chevrolet Camaro models originally equipped with the deluxe interior woodgrain trim package. It replaces the main dash carrier bezel surrounding the gauge cluster area and helps restore the factory-style appearance of the Camaro interior.
Original dash bezels often become cracked, faded, brittle, warped, scratched, or damaged from age, heat, sun exposure, previous repairs, and interior disassembly. This replacement dash carrier gives the gauge cluster area a cleaner restoration appearance while maintaining the correct woodgrain-style deluxe interior look.
This part is intended for use during interior restoration, gauge cluster service, dash wiring work, dash pad replacement, or replacement of a damaged original woodgrain instrument carrier bezel.
