Hawks Motorsports offers our clients this 459120 OER 1978-1981 Chevrolet Camaro Front Side Marker Lamp Bezel RH or LH for restoring the front fender side marker trim area on late second generation Camaro models. This bezel is designed for use with the front side marker lamp and fits either the left hand driver side or right hand passenger side front fender.
This reproduction front side marker bezel is manufactured in a black finish and is ready to prep and paint body color for a clean factory-style restoration. Original marker bezels often become faded, brittle, cracked, painted over, missing, or damaged during repaint work and marker lamp replacement. Replacing the bezel helps the front side marker light sit correctly and restores the finished trim detail around the lamp opening.
For a properly restored 1978-1981 Camaro, the front side marker area should look clean, tight, and intentional. This bezel is a small exterior trim piece, but it helps keep the marker lamp from looking unfinished against fresh paint, especially on Z28, Rally Sport, Berlinetta, and Sport Coupe restorations.
