Product Description:
Hawks Motorsports offers our clients this 1978-1981 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Deluxe Torch Red Leather Seating Area with Matching Vinyl Sides and Back Front and Rear Seat Upholstery Set Acme - U377L-KS83.
This replacement front and rear seat upholstery set is designed for 1978, 1979, 1980, and 1981 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am models with Deluxe-style interiors. This U377L-KS83 version is made with a Torch Red leather seating area and matching Torch Red vinyl sides and back, giving the seat a restored factory-style appearance with upgraded seating-surface material.
This is replacement seat upholstery, not a loose slip-on seat cover set. The original seat covers must be removed from the seat frames and foam before the new upholstery is installed. The set includes upholstery, installation instructions, hog rings, and hog ring pliers, giving the installer the basic upholstery attachment components needed for installation.
This upholstery set is useful for Trans Am interior restoration, Torch Red interior repair, seat cover replacement, or upgrading a worn Deluxe interior seat pattern with Torch Red leather seating surfaces and matching vinyl trim.
- Note: Deluxe seat upholstery set by ACME to have some custom variants over other reproductions.
- Primary center sections of the seats are a true leather, and not the standard vinyl throughout, making them a premium custom version of the GM seat cover.
- The side bolsters, and back are a premium vinyl like GM used.
- In addition, the quad horizontal bars (ribbing) on the front and rear seats have been removed and instead a solid bolster is used instead.
- This makes for a correct factory fitting new replacement cover with the addition of some “Custom Touches” which will make your car stand out in a crowd.
