Product Description:
Hawks Motorsports offers our clients this 1982-1983 Camaro Z28 “Cross-Fire Injection” Front Fender or Rear Bumper Decal, Black or Silver, Phoenix Graphix 8283CFI.
This reproduction decal restores the distinctive “Cross-Fire Injection” engine identification used on early third-generation Camaro Z28 models equipped with the optional 5.0-liter LU5 Cross-Fire Injection V8. The factory LU5 system used two diagonally positioned throttle-body injection units and was offered in the Camaro during this early third-generation period.
Designed with the correct-style lettering and proportions, the decal can be used on the lower front-fender area or rear bumper fascia, depending on the original vehicle application. Camaro restoration catalogs identify the same decal configuration for the bumper and both front-fender locations.
This product is sold individually. Customers replacing decals on both sides of the vehicle or restoring multiple locations must order the required quantity. It is not a pair and does not include the main Z28 stripe package, Z28 emblems, hood graphics or additional engine-designation decals.
