This Phoenix Graphix reproduction decal restores the black “5.0 Liter H.O.” engine identification originally displayed on the rear bumper fascia of properly equipped 1983-1984 Camaro Z28 models. It is designed with the correct lettering style, number font, shape and sizing for a factory-style appearance.
The decal is ideal for replacing an original rear bumper marking that has faded, cracked, peeled, been painted over or was removed while the bumper cover was being repaired or refinished. Its adhesive-backed, peel-and-stick construction allows the decal to be applied directly to a properly prepared painted bumper surface.
This listing includes one black rear bumper “5.0 Liter H.O.” decal. It does not include the two rocker-panel decals, Z28 emblems, bumper stripes or the complete 1982-1984 Camaro Z28 decal and stripe kit. Phoenix Graphix lists those components separately.

INSTALLATION NOTES
- Remove the original decal and all remaining adhesive.
- Clean the bumper surface thoroughly before installation.
- Remove wax, silicone, grease, polishing compounds and other contaminants.
- Phoenix Graphix recommends applying graphics indoors or in a shaded, dust-free and wind-free environment.
- The recommended installation temperature is approximately 70°F to 90°F.
- Use a lint-free cloth and an appropriate pre-application cleaner or isopropyl alcohol.
- Do not use household dishwashing detergent as a surface cleaner or application solution because additives may interfere with the adhesive.
- Measure and test-position the decal before removing the backing paper.
- Confirm that the lettering is level and correctly located on the rear bumper.
- Apply the decal gradually while pressing outward to minimize trapped air.
- Avoid stretching the decal during application.
- Do not wax directly over the finished vinyl graphic.
