Hawks Motorsports offers our clients this 1982–1992 Camaro Firebird Trans Am T-Top Outer Drip Edge Seal, L/R Pair, Plastic Style designed to restore proper water management and sealing along the outer perimeter of factory T-top roof openings.
The outer drip edge seals play a critical role in directing water away from the T-top opening and preventing it from entering the interior. Over time, original seals can become brittle, warped, or damaged, allowing water to bypass the drainage path and cause leaks along the roofline, headliner, and door frame areas.
This reproduction set features the correct plastic-style construction, replicating original design characteristics used on certain factory applications. These seals provide proper channeling of water away from the roof opening while maintaining structural rigidity and consistent fitment along the outer edge.
Designed for 1982–1992 Chevrolet Camaro models equipped with factory T-tops, this set will also fit 1982–1992 Pontiac Firebird and Trans Am models with T-top configurations, as these vehicles share the same F-body platform.
For best results, these seals are commonly replaced along with primary and side T-top seals to fully restore the weather sealing system.
