This reproduction T-Top storage bag rear hook and bracket set is designed for 1982-1992 Camaro, Firebird, Formula, Trans Am, and GTA models equipped with removable T-Top roof panels.
This OER reproduction set restores the rear tail panel mounting point used to secure the factory-style T-Top storage bag in the rear hatch area. The stamped steel bracket mounts to the tail panel, and the U-shaped retainer hook attaches to the bracket with screws. Once installed, the T-Top storage bag hooks onto the retainer to help keep the roof panels secured while they are stowed.
Original T-Top storage hardware is often missing, rusty, bent, broken, or incomplete after years of hatch trim service, cargo area use, repainting, storage bag replacement, or interior restoration. Replacing the rear hook and bracket assembly helps return the T-Top storage system to proper factory-style function.
