TECHNICAL OVERVIEW
The TREMEC T56 Magnum 6-Speed manual transmission provides increased drivetrain capability with double overdrive gearing for improved highway cruising. With a 0.63:1 sixth gear ratio, the transmission allows reduced engine RPM, lower operating temperatures, and improved long-distance driving comfort.
The T56 Magnum is rated for up to 700 lb-ft of torque and features friction-lined synchronizer blocker rings for improved high RPM shifting performance. Available wide ratio and close ratio gear sets allow customization based on vehicle power level and driving style.
TREMEC T56 Magnum gear ratios:
- Wide Ratio: 2.66, 1.78, 1.30, 1.00, 0.80, 0.63
- Close Ratio: 2.97, 2.10, 1.46, 1.00, 0.80, 0.63
The included components provide the necessary hardware for installation, including transmission mounting components, speedometer compatibility, reverse light connection, and supporting drivetrain parts.
