TECHNICAL OVERVIEW
The TREMEC Magnum XL T56 6-Speed manual transmission provides a durable upgrade for modern Mustang platforms requiring increased torque capacity and improved highway performance. With a 700 lb-ft torque rating and double overdrive sixth gear, this transmission reduces cruising RPM while maintaining strong acceleration performance.
The extended tailhousing design provides proper Mustang shifter positioning without requiring a semi-remote shifter assembly. The 26-spline input shaft provides increased strength for performance applications and requires a compatible 26-spline clutch disc.
