Hawks Motorsports is pleased to offer our clients the 2016-2019 Cadillac CTS-V LT4 6.2L 2" x 3" Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers & OEM GREEN Catted Connection Pipes, Kooks 2312H630. This complete Kooks system combines 2" x 3" stainless steel long tube headers with 3" GREEN catted connection pipes designed specifically for the supercharged LT4-powered CTS-V. The connection pipes feature an OEM-sized outlet intended for use with the factory exhaust system.
When you're dealing with a supercharged 6.2L LT4, the factory exhaust becomes one of the places where you can really start finding power. These 2" long tubes give the CTS-V's exhaust side substantially more room to breathe, and the 3" connection pipes carry that larger-diameter flow into the factory exhaust. It's a serious setup for someone who wants to turn up the performance of the CTS-V without giving up the factory rear exhaust configuration.
The headers are constructed from 304 stainless steel and feature 2" mandrel-bent primary tubes, 3/8"-thick laser-cut flanges, oval ports and 3" collector outlets. The headers use the stock bolt pattern and incorporate Torca swivel-seal style collector connections.
The included connection pipes use 3" stainless steel tubing with 2-3/4" OEM outlets and Kooks GREEN catalytic converters. The system is designed to work with the factory rear exhaust, but the factory exhaust must be cut for installation. Kooks states that no additional parts are required for the installation of this kit.
The kit includes the components and installation hardware required for the Kooks header and connection-pipe installation, including the appropriate gaskets, bolt hardware, O2 sensor extension harnesses and clamps.
