Hawks Motorsports offers our clients this 434-1301 LS1 LS6 LS2 LS3 LS7 GM LS Header Stud Kit, 12-Point Stainless Steel, Set of 12, ARP. This header stud kit is designed for GM Gen III and Gen IV LS-series engines and includes 12 polished stainless steel studs, washers, and 12-point nuts. The studs use an M8 x 1.25 thread and measure 1.750 inches overall.

If you've ever fought a set of headers into an LS engine bay, you already know why studs are worth having. Instead of trying to juggle a gasket, header flange and bolt while working around the tubes, the studs give you something to hang the header on and keep everything lined up. The compact 12-point nuts are especially handy when you're working in the tight spaces around LS header tubes.

ARP builds these from polished stainless steel for the heat and abuse an exhaust fastener sees. The kit uses ARP's nut-starter design to help get the hardware started and is intended for header flanges approximately 3/8 inch thick.
