Built around a BluePrint high-strength cast iron tall deck 4-bolt main block, the PS5720CT features a 4.500-inch bore, 4.500-inch forged steel crankshaft, 6.535-inch forged H-beam connecting rods, and forged flat-top pistons producing a 10.1:1 compression ratio. High-flow BluePrint PS8012 aluminum cylinder heads feature raised exhaust ports, large rectangular intake runners, and oversized valves to maximize airflow, while an aggressive hydraulic roller camshaft delivers outstanding horsepower throughout the RPM range.

The long block arrives professionally assembled with aluminum cylinder heads, SFI harmonic balancer, timing cover, valve covers, oil pan, oil pump, fuel pump block-off plate, and dipstick installed. Simply add your preferred intake manifold, carburetor or EFI system, ignition, and front accessory drive components to complete your build.
