This OER reproduction glove box door is designed for 1978-1981 Camaro models and features the correct block-letter “Camaro” emblem style used on later second generation cars. The door is manufactured from injection molded ABS plastic and is made to replicate the original appearance, grain, and mounting points for a clean factory-style dash restoration.
Two different Camaro glove box door lettering styles were used during the 1970-1981 production run. Earlier models used a script-style Camaro emblem, while 1978-1981 models used the block-letter style. This makes the correct glove box door important for restoration accuracy, especially on 1978, 1979, 1980, and 1981 Camaro interiors.
