Hawks Motorsports offers our clients this 1993-2002 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am 1999 Pace Car-Style Side Feather and Identification Decal Kit from Phoenix Graphix, part number 9302FTHR.
Designed for fourth-generation Trans Am models, this custom styling package recreates the aggressive side-feather appearance associated with the 1999 Trans Am Daytona Pace Car and combines it with coordinating exterior identification graphics.
The nine-piece package includes:
- Two large door-panel feather decals
- Two large rear-quarter-panel feather decals
- Two Trans Am door-name decals
- One spaced “P-O-N-T-I-A-C” rear-bumper decal
- One front license-plate-cover Firebird bird decal
- One Pontiac pop-up-headlight-door decal
- Installation squeegee and instructions
Available color selections include:
- Black
- White
- Gold
- Silver
- Red
- Blue
- Charcoal
- Chrome
All included graphics are supplied in the selected color. The standard solid-color choices are designed to coordinate with the separately available 1998-2002 Ram Air Trans Am stripe kits.
This is a 1999 Pace Car-inspired styling package for 1993-2002 Trans Am models. The alternate color selections should not be represented as factory-original graphics for every model year. Customers completing a factory-correct restoration should verify their vehicle’s original decals, exterior color and model-specific identification before ordering.
This package is not the complete 1999 Trans Am 30th Anniversary Daytona 500 Pace Car decal kit. It does not include:
- Daytona 500 door decals
- “Great American Race” door decals
- “Official Pace Car” rocker-panel lettering
- NASCAR Winston Cup Series graphics
- Front or rear windshield Pontiac lettering
- Ram Air hood-scoop decals
- Hood, roof, deck-lid or rear-spoiler stripes
- Rear Trans Am name-and-bird decal
- Technical or assembly-line decals
Because this package includes Trans Am door identification, it is intended for Trans Am applications. Installation on a base Firebird or Formula would create a custom Trans Am-style appearance rather than reproduce that vehicle’s original identification.
Professional installation is recommended because correct surface preparation and careful alignment of the large door and quarter-panel feathers are essential for dependable adhesion and a clean, symmetrical finished appearance
