Product Description:
Hawks Motorsports offers our clients this 1993-2002 Pontiac Firebird / Formula / Trans Am Collector Edition-Style Hood and Side Feather Decal Kit from Phoenix Graphix, part number 9302FBF.
Inspired by the feather graphics used on the 2002 Trans Am Collector Edition, this custom appearance package adds coordinating feather stripes to the hood, doors and rear-quarter panels of fourth-generation Pontiac Firebird models.
The six-piece package includes:
- Two hood feather stripes, LH and RH
- Two door feather stripes, LH and RH
- Two rear-quarter-panel feather stripes, LH and RH
- Installation squeegee and instructions
Available solid-color selections include:
- Black
- White
- Gold
- Silver
- Red
- Blue
- Charcoal
- Chrome
All six graphics are supplied in the selected color.
Hood configuration must be verified before ordering. The hood-feather stripes are designed around the Ram Air-style hood contours. They can be adapted for use on a 1998-2002 standard hood, but they will not fit the 1993-1997 standard Firebird hood.
The door and rear-quarter feather stripes follow the fourth-generation Firebird body contours and can be used on Firebird, Formula or Trans Am models. Because this package does not include model-identification lettering, it can create a coordinated custom appearance without changing the vehicle’s Firebird, Formula or Trans Am identification.
This is a Collector Edition-style package supplied in solid colors. It is not the exact multicolor OEM-replica graphics package for a genuine 2002 Trans Am Collector Edition. Customers completing a factory-correct Collector Edition restoration should select the separately available model-specific OEM-replica package.
This package does not include:
- Ram Air hood-scoop lettering
- Firebird, Formula or Trans Am door names
- Pontiac rear-bumper lettering
- Front-fascia bird graphics
- Rear name-and-bird decals
- Windshield lettering
- Daytona 500 or Pace Car graphics
- Technical or engine-compartment decals
Professional installation is recommended. Carefully remove any deteriorated graphics and remaining adhesive, then clean the painted surfaces to remove wax, polish, grease and contamination before positioning the new decals.
