Hawks Motorsports is pleased to offer our clients the 2006-2013 Chevrolet Corvette C6 Z06/ZR1 1-7/8" Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers 7.0L/6.2L, Kooks 21612401. These Kooks 1-7/8" x 3" long tube headers are constructed from 304 stainless steel and designed for the C6 Corvette Z06 and ZR1. The current revision uses Torca swivel-seal connections for improved fitment and includes stainless multi-layer gaskets, a header bolt kit, swivel-seal clamps, an O2 extension harness and a transmission cooler line relocation bracket.
The 1-7/8" primary size is a solid choice when you're putting together a serious C6 exhaust setup without stepping up to the larger 2" primary. The LS7-powered Z06 and supercharged LS9 ZR1 have plenty of airflow to take advantage of a properly matched header and exhaust combination, and these stainless long tubes give the engine a much freer path out of the cylinder heads. Add the right Kooks X-pipe behind them and you've got a combination that looks, sounds and performs like it belongs underneath a C6 built with more than stock power in mind.
Kooks uses 304 stainless steel construction with 1.875" primary tubes and 3" collectors. The current revision incorporates Torca swivel-seal connections designed to improve fitment. The headers also include oxygen-sensor provisions and the installation components specified by Kooks.

Kooks X-Pipe Required
These headers do not connect directly to the OEM exhaust. Kooks specifically states that use of the headers requires a Kooks X-pipe.
Torca Swivel-Seal Connection
The current 21612401 revision features Torca swivel-seal connections for improved fitment. The selected X-pipe must be compatible with the header connection.
1-7/8" vs. 2" Headers
21612401 is the 1-7/8" version.
Kooks' comparable 2" header is 21612601. These are separate SKUs and should not be treated as interchangeable without confirming the complete exhaust configuration.
Not a Complete Exhaust System
