Built around a new BluePrint cast iron 4-bolt main block, the BP4967CTF features a 4.310-inch bore, 4.250-inch forged steel crankshaft, 6.385-inch forged H-beam connecting rods, and forged pistons delivering a 10.6:1 compression ratio. BluePrint aluminum cylinder heads and a hydraulic roller camshaft provide excellent airflow and power throughout the RPM range while maintaining reliability for street and performance applications.

The base dressed package includes a FiTech® Go EFI electronic fuel injection system, aluminum EFI intake manifold, HEI distributor, mechanical fuel pump block-off, water pump, harmonic balancer, timing cover, valve covers, oil pan, and dipstick installed.
