Product Description:

Hawks Motorsports offers our clients this 14780 1998-2002 Chevrolet Camaro SS/Z28 & Pontiac Firebird/Trans Am 5.7L V8 S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust System, T-304 Stainless Steel, Borla. This complete cat-back system is designed for fourth-generation F-Body applications and uses 3-inch exhaust tubing, S-Type mufflers, and dual split-rear exhaust outlets.

This is the kind of exhaust that belongs on an LS1-powered F-Body. The 3-inch tubing gives the 5.7L V8 plenty of room to move some air, and the S-Type mufflers give these cars the deep, nasty V8 sound that makes you want to keep your foot in it. Hit the throttle and the LS1 comes alive with a more aggressive exhaust note without turning the car into a straight-pipe circus.

One of the cool features of this system is the adjustable sound level. The included block-off plates allow you to change the sound pressure level to suit the car and how you drive it. The system is built from T-304 stainless steel with smooth mandrel bends and uses dual square, angle-cut intercooled polished stainless steel tips at the rear.

Part 14780 is listed for 1998-2002 Chevrolet Camaro SS and Z28 as well as Pontiac Firebird and Trans Am 5.7L V8 applications. It fits automatic and manual transmission cars with rear-wheel drive and is listed for both coupe and convertible applications.
