Hawks Motorsports offers our clients this 1982-1983 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Lower-Body Premolded Stripe Kit Only from Phoenix Graphix, part number 8283TASTP.
Designed specifically for 1982 and 1983 third-generation Trans Am models, this GM-authorized reproduction package replaces the factory-style striping installed across the vehicle’s front bumper, rear bumper and lower body sides.
The seven-piece stripe package includes:
- One premolded front-bumper stripe
- Two premolded rear-bumper stripes
- Four premolded body-side stripes
- Installation squeegee and instructions
Available factory-style colors include:
- Gold
- Silver
- Black
Customers completing a factory-correct restoration should verify the vehicle’s original paint and stripe color before ordering. Gold striping is applicable to the black 1982 Recaro-equipped NASCAR Edition Trans Am, while other vehicles used graphics selected to coordinate with their original exterior color.
Each stripe section is premolded for its intended body-panel location. This panel-specific construction reduces the shaping and trimming required with universal roll striping while helping reproduce the original lower-body stripe layout.
