This precision-cut decal applies over the raised Firebird bird molded into the front license-plate cover. The vehicle must have the correct embossed cover for proper fitment and alignment.
This package contains the colored bird decal only. It does not include the front license-plate cover, bumper filler panel, front bumper cover, physical emblem or mounting hardware. It will not repair a missing, cracked or damaged license-plate cover.
The package also does not include headlamp-door PONTIAC lettering, door-emblem overlays, rear-bumper lettering, Ram Air hood decals, rear filler-panel graphics, windshield lettering or technical decals.
Customers completing a factory-correct restoration should compare the surviving original graphic and vehicle documentation before selecting a color. Alternate colors may also be used for a customized exterior appearance.
Before installation, thoroughly clean the embossed bird and remove all wax, polish, grease, adhesive residue and surface contamination. Carefully position the decal over the molded bird before applying firm, even pressure.
