Built around a new BluePrint cast iron 4-bolt main block, the BP454CTCK features a 4.250-inch bore, 4.000-inch stroke cast steel crankshaft, OEM-style forged 6.135-inch connecting rods, and hypereutectic pistons producing a 9.85:1 compression ratio. High-flow BluePrint aluminum cylinder heads and a hydraulic roller camshaft deliver outstanding low-end torque, crisp throttle response, and smooth drivability for both cruising and spirited performance.

The deluxe dressed package includes an aluminum dual-plane intake manifold, 750 CFM 4-barrel carburetor, HEI distributor, polished front accessory pulley system, serpentine belt drive, alternator, power steering pump, water pump, harmonic balancer, timing cover, valve covers, oil pan, and dipstick installed.
