Built around a new BluePrint cast iron 4-bolt main block, the BP454CTCKB features a 4.250-inch bore, 4.000-inch stroke cast steel crankshaft, OEM-style forged 6.135-inch connecting rods, and hypereutectic pistons producing a 9.85:1 compression ratio. BluePrint aluminum cylinder heads and a hydraulic roller camshaft provide excellent airflow, broad torque, and dependable street performance.

The deluxe dressed package includes an aluminum dual-plane intake manifold, 750 CFM 4-barrel carburetor, HEI distributor, black serpentine pulley system, alternator, power steering pump, water pump, harmonic balancer, timing cover, valve covers, oil pan, and dipstick installed.
