This automatic transmission conversion system upgrades Mopar four-wheel-drive vehicles with modern electronic transmission technology, improved cruising capability, and improved drivetrain control.

The A41X transmission is based on a GM 4L60E / 4L65E aftermarket replacement design and provides modern overdrive performance for Mopar 4WD applications. With gear ratios of 3.06, 1.63, 1.00, and 0.70, the A41X provides improved acceleration while reducing cruising RPM compared to many original automatic transmissions.
Available in three torque capacity stages, the A41X conversion kit can be configured for applications rated at 450 lb-ft, 550 lb-ft, or 650 lb-ft of torque. This makes it suitable for a variety of Mopar drivetrain upgrades including V8 318, 340, and 360 engines as well as Gen III Hemi applications when properly configured.
Each conversion kit includes the required components for the selected application, including the A41X automatic transmission, bellhousing, electronically controlled lockup torque converter, flexplate, hardware, isolator mount, COMPUSHIFT Sport controller, cooling line, bellhousing dust cover, transfer case adapter, OEM-style dipstick and tube, instructions, and warranty.
The COMPUSHIFT Sport controller provides adjustable transmission control through Bluetooth-enabled smartphone, tablet, PC, or Mac integration. Users can adjust shift points, shift feel, torque converter clutch control, and speedometer calibration while utilizing plug-and-play connectors for supported applications.
Additional components such as auxiliary oil coolers, torque converter stall options, and other accessories may be required depending on the application and selected configuration.
