The TREMEC TR-4050 5-speed transmission provides a wide gear range for demanding 4WD applications. The 6.16:1 first gear and 6.03:1 reverse gear provide improved control during low-speed driving, while the 0.76:1 fifth gear overdrive helps reduce engine RPM during highway cruising.
With a rated capacity of up to 600 lb-ft of torque, this transmission conversion kit is designed for Mopar 4WD builds including V8-powered applications such as 318, 340, and 360 engines, as well as Gen III Hemi engine combinations when properly configured.
The complete conversion kit includes the TREMEC TR-4050 5-speed overdrive transmission along with required conversion components including the flywheel, clutch assembly, bellhousing, hydraulic clutch components, pilot bearing, hardware, isolator mount, reverse light connector, crossmember, shifter components, shift boot and trim ring, and installation instructions.
